Liftmaster Belt Drive and Jackshaft Operator
The belt drive motor is available in 1/2 horsepower and 3/4 horsepower, and is significantly quieter than a chain drive.
The Jackshaft opener is a space-saving, wall-mounted operator. This opener is ideal for limited height, cathedral, or obstructed ceiling installations.

Liftmaster Chain Drive Operators
The chain drive operators are available in 1/3, 1/2, and 3/4 horsepowers, and set the standard for quality and performance.
For carriage house doors and other heavy wood doors, we recommend a chain driven LM 3595 Heavy-Duty opener for added strength and durability.
All of our LiftMaster openers come with a Lifetime Motor Warranty; and feature optional accessories, such as an outside keyless entry, extra transmitters (mini/keychain also available), a garage door monitor, or a laser parking assist!

Martin Belt Drive DC3700E
The Martin DC3700E is the quietest operator on the market. This belt driven opener is roughly equivalent to a 3/4 horsepower motor, and is the most ideal for an attached garage with a living space above.
